Rules of the school |
 |
Refinement of manners, habits of obedience and discipline, neatness in person and dress and punctuality are required at all times. |
 |
Order and Silence are to be kept when going from one classroom to another. After the bell for assembly perfect silence must be observed. Running, |
|
playing or shouting in the school building is not allowed. |
 |
Bringing mobiles or any other gadgets to school are strictly prohibited. If found with the student it will be confiscated and strict action will be taken. |
 |
Regular attendance is compulsory. If absent the parent must come in person and give application. |
 |
Pupils are strictly forbidden to purchase any articles of food from hawkers near the school premises. Pupils must bring nutritive snacks for the Recess. |
 |
The School authority insists that all students speak English with the view of improving the pupil’s oral skills. |
 |
Pupils are strictly forbidden to bring cakes, sweets and gifts on their birthdays. |
 |
The School is not responsible for books, money etc. that are lost. No valuable articles should be brought to school. |

Uniform |

School uniform has to be worn daily. Any differences in the pattern of the uniform will not be allowed. All students must wear P.T. uniform and tennis shoes |
|
on the days marked for P.T. in the time-table or else they will be sent home. |
 |
Hair styles must be simple as befitting school pupils. Hair should be either be bobbed or plaited and black ribbons used. On no occasion highlighted hair |
|
will be allowed in the school, if found the pupil will be forced to decolour it. |
|
|
Parental Co-Operation |
 |
Parents are requested to give priority to school assignments. |
 |
Parents are expected to check the diary daily. They are expected to sign messages, reports and remarks promptly, whether they are favorable to them or |
|
not. |
 |
Complaints must be addressed directly to the Principal and not to the teachers. |
 |
No one shall be allowed to see the pupils or interview their teachers during school hours. |
 |
Parents will readily understand that a good amount of steady and serious work is required for success. So they will see that the required amount of home |
|
study is put in by their children daily. |
 |
Parents are requested to attend all the Parents-Teacher meeting regularly & compulsory. |
|
|
Admission And Withdrawals |
 |
A candidate who has attended any recognized school cannot be admitted without a Leaving Certificate from the school last attended. Students coming |
|
from a school outside the State of Gujarat must have their Leaving Certificate countersigned by the educational Inspector of that State. No admission is |
|
complete till the Leaving Certificate from the last recognized school is produced. |
 |
The Principal reserves the right to effuse any application without having to assign any reason for her action. |
 |
Notice of withdrawal should be given in writing by the person responsible for the student and not by the student. |
 |
Fees are due so long as no notice of withdrawal is given. |
 |
NO leaving Certificate will be issued till all fees are fully paid. Leaving Certificates will be issued only on application from parents or guardians in the |
|
prescribed form. |
 |
Pupils who misbehave will be given a warning which will have to be signed by the parents. After the third warning the L.C. will be issued. |

|
Attendance |
 |
No student will be allowed to remain absent without the prior permission. |
 |
If a student is sick, the guardian must contact the school and inform about it. |
 |
Once the student comes to school he will not be allowed to leave the school except on the ground of sickness or special circumstances. |
